To run a trade account and credit control (contract / legitimate interests)
To meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation)
To improve the website and prevent fraud (legitimate interests)

Who we share it with

Couriers and pallet carriers, payment providers, IT and website hosts (including Odoo), professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept for at least six years for tax purposes. Website enquiry data is kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.
