BBP Rewards — terms and conditions

Boss Building Plastics Ltd (“we”, “us”). These terms sit alongside our website terms, privacy policy and returns policy. Last updated 2 September 2026.

1. The programme

BBP Rewards is a loyalty scheme for customers who hold an account on this website. Points have no cash value, are not a stored-value balance, and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit notes or gift cards except as a discount on a later qualifying order, as set out below.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be signed in to a registered customer account at checkout. Guest checkouts do not earn points.
  • One scheme membership per customer / trading account. We may merge or refuse duplicate accounts.
  • The scheme is intended for customers buying for use or onward trade in the United Kingdom. We may refuse or close membership where we reasonably suspect abuse, resale of discounted goods contrary to our terms, or multiple accounts used to harvest points.
  • Employees and related companies may be excluded at our discretion.

3. Earning points

  • You earn 1 point for every whole £1 of qualifying goods, calculated on the net value excluding VAT.
  • Delivery charges, collection, packaging, finance, and any amount already reduced by a rewards discount do not earn points.
  • Made-to-measure or quoted items (including roof lanterns, bi-fold and sliding doors) earn points only when they are invoiced as supplied goods on a confirmed order — not on a quote request.
  • Points are credited after the order is fully dispatched. We typically post them within 14 days of dispatch so shortages and returns can be processed first.
  • If part of an order is cancelled, not supplied, or later credited, the related points are reversed. If those points have already been spent, we may deduct them from your balance or invoice the equivalent discount.
  • We may withhold points on unpaid invoices, disputed orders or accounts on stop.

4. Redeeming points

  • Rewards currently offered: 400 pts = £20, 800 pts = £40, 2,000 pts = £100, 4,000 pts = £200 off a qualifying order.
  • Apply the reward in the basket at checkout while signed in. One reward per order.
  • The discount applies to goods, not to delivery. North West free-delivery thresholds and carriage still apply on the goods value before the reward, unless we state otherwise at checkout.
  • Rewards cannot be used on gift cards, or combined with another coupon or promotional code on the same order unless we say so at the time.
  • Points and rewards are not transferable between accounts, and cannot be sold or assigned.

5. Expiry and inactivity

Unused points expire 24 months after the date they were credited if the account has had no qualifying purchase in that time. We may also close a membership that has been inactive for 24 months. Expired points are not reinstated.

6. Returns

If you return goods that earned points, those points are deducted. If you return goods that were paid for in part with a rewards discount, the refund is of the amount you actually paid, in line with our returns policy. Returns remain at your expense unless the goods are faulty or we sent them in error.

7. Changes and withdrawal

We may change earn rates, reward tiers, excluded products or these terms, or suspend or end the scheme, on reasonable notice by updating this page. Points already credited remain available until they expire or the scheme ends, unless we have to reverse them under sections 3 or 6, or we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse. Ending the scheme does not create a cash claim for unused points.

8. Liability

The scheme is a discretionary promotional programme. It does not affect your statutory rights on the goods themselves. We are not liable for failure to credit points where you checked out as a guest, used a different email address, or the order was unpaid, cancelled or returned.

9. Privacy

We process account and order data to run BBP Rewards as described in our privacy policy. We do not sell your points data.
