How it works
Use an account
Register or sign in before you checkout. Points sit on that account — they are not added to guest orders.
Earn as you order
You collect 1 point for every £1 of goods, excluding VAT and delivery. Points post once the order has been dispatched.
Take money off
When you have enough points, apply a reward in the basket. The discount comes off that order — it is not paid out as cash.
What your points are worth
Choose a reward at checkout. You can only apply one reward per order.
What counts
- Stocked goods invoiced through this website or a sales order on your account.
- Points are calculated on the goods value excluding VAT.
- Delivery, collection, quotes, made-to-measure lanterns, bi-folds and sliders do not earn points until they are supplied as a confirmed goods order.
- Returned or cancelled lines have the related points reversed.
When they land
Points are added after the order is fully dispatched. Allow around 14 days so any shortages or returns can be settled first. Your running balance is in your customer portal once you are signed in.
Rewards are applied in the basket at checkout. Delivery minimums and carriage still apply as normal.
